Our team wants to balance work + personal priorities better - how might coaching skills help?

What should you do when teams are a little weary of the same old company away days? When results matter, but people are struggling to balance priorities at work, and to balance work and home? And they’re looking for new skills to support and help each other to change their habits, and make things work better for everyone at work?

Rich designed the ‘Great Change Conversations’ workshop, to help people have more effective, coaching-style conversations. It gives people simple coaching skills, to help others think through change. When we get in good habits coaching others, that mindset helps us to change ourselves too.

  • What makes a good conversation? What is a great coaching conversation?

  • What is coaching for? Are you a coach already?

  • How do we do it? How will we make it happen?

  • A simple coaching model

  • Live coaching demonstrations

  • Putting it into practice, in small groups

  • Team feedback

  • A closing model, to drive action.

‘Great Change Conversations’ is typically delivered for 10 to 30 people - as a condensed half day, or one day workshop.

Typically, participants will have a mix of experience in coaching skills - taught formally or informally - and the workshop caters for everyone, with opportunities to try new tools and techniques. The models are proven for all functions, seniorities and personalities!

Teams leave feeling that everyone can support each other better to change our habits and behaviours - making work more effective and more enjoyable. Participants feel more energised and optimistic - about managing growth and wellbeing for their colleagues, and for themselves.
